After final secondary-examinations and time spent abroad, I returned to Germany where I began studying musical theatre
at the Stage School Music, Dance and Drama in Hamburg and subsequently received since 1995 theatre engagements
at the Scharlatan Theater in Hamburg and also at other theatre international where we played also for mixed economy area communication.
Since 2000 I am working also as an actress in communicationtraining together with coach and trainer as Frieder Barth GmbH, Imme Kind and Ruth Kafitz where I create supporting practice for better self-perception.
In 2013, I moved to Berlin and managed the commercial area at AgenturRAKETE Berlin until March 2016.
I worked as an interviewer and coach for AVART Personal GmbH in Berlin and offer coaching for personal appearance in commerce. In 2021 I gained my qualification as a Master Coach and have been working with ELIGO as an actress for personnel diagnostics since January 2022 and for Lepaya in communicationtraining since September 2022.
My way of working is ad hoc, generalist and combines acting with the commercial field. I use acting techniques, work playfully, intuitively, quickly, with improvisation, lightness and humor on serious topics. I develop requested roles to go with clients into sales or conflict discussions, as a role in personnel diagnostics to check the soft skills of the applicant or to support in job interviews and presentations.
I go into the situation with my clients in order to understand and experience information. I act as a medium, as a mirror. In a safe framework, the client enters into conversation with me as a desired, challenging role, experiences himself, is mirrored, receives feedback from me and, depending on the setting, the trainer. This gives the client the chance to use the new knowledge and experience to shape the conversation more consciously in the future.
